Bid Co-ordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Bid Coordinator branch based at our Head Office in Stafford. Working with a team of Bid Coordinators, you will be responsible for the management of formal tender opportunities in relevant local markets, including Local Authorities, NHS and National Private deals. You will be responsible for the management of individual tenders and for quality and timely submissions. As a Bid Coordinator you will devise bid plan timetables with bid leads authorisations, ensure legal and financial risk assessments are completed, translate bid leads sales strategy, win themes and differentiators are reflected within the proposal and presentation.
 
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a tenacious attitude and the ability to effectively manage projects to conclusion within a strict timeline and framework. Proven history delivering projects on schedule, excellent written and presentation skills as well as strong interpersonal and management attributes.  Ownership of bid process and the strength of character to influence others are also traits which are essential. Although experience as a Bid Coordinator would be advantageous, we are prepared to consider candidates from other backgrounds and disciplines who possess the requisite qualities for the role.
