An exciting opportunity has developed within Allied Health Care for a Qualified Accountant to join our vibrant finance team based from our Head Office in Stafford.  

This is a great opportunity to move from practice into a fast-paced commercial environment.

The role will be responsible to oversee the Bid Finance team, ensuring the accurate production of pricing for our tender documents within stated tender deadlines.
To ensure a robust approval process is in place and opportunities are evaluated in line with the company’s strategic growth plan. The team will play a key role within the tendering process and future business growth by supporting the business development team on all financial aspects.
To monitor market conditions and environment to ensure accurate assumptions are included in pricing modelling

We are looking for an individual with the following traits:
•    Disciplined individual with high professional standards and utmost integrity.
•    Strong business and industry knowledge
•    Strong Financial and commercial awareness
•    A team player with strong customer care and communication skills.
•    Flexibility to help meet team requirements

Essential for role:
•    Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
•    Highly analytical
•    Strong communication skills – ability to communicate at all levels
•    Highly proficient on excel – with the ability to put together complex spread sheets which are easily understood.
•    Systems literate
•    Ability to work to strict deadlines
