Allied Healthcare are looking to grow their in-house capability, specifically in the field of GP's, Nurses and Clinical staff.
With the potential to service multiple parts of the Group - Allied Healthcare, Primecare & our own agency - Allied Nursing Services this is both a challenging and exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to build an Internal Team based here at our Head Office in Stafford.
Working closely with the Director of Nursing and our Internal Recruitment Manager this role will be integral to reducing our external agency spend alongside growing the potential for our Allied Nursing Services brand and external revenue stream.
Naturally, due to the staffing & candidate challenges within this sector it is imperative this individual has experience of recruiting GP's and Nurses - a minimum of 12 months demonstrable success is a must have.
