Care Scheduler

An exciting opportunity has developed for a Scheduler to join our branch in Southampton, working to our One Best Way model, you will be an Integral part of our team.

The Care Schedulers are responsible to devise and maintain optimized and efficient carer routes and resolve any unallocated visits with use of effective time management. Reporting to the Care Delivery Manager and working closely with the Client Liaison Manager to identify areas of capacity by templating the current carer workload to ensure maximum branch growth.

The Ideal Candidate will have good analytical skills, methodical and possess excellent attention to detail. You will have previous experience of using in house computer systems, and excellent IT and customer service skills. Whilst not essential, previous scheduling within domiciliary care is highly desirable.
