As a Clinical support worker with Allied you will be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people’s quality of life and help in keeping clients at home rather than hospital.


Due to the nature of this role, we require our Carer to be female.
Our client is an active and inquisitive soul who loves nothing more than bear hugs and seeing what snacks you've brought with you, so the right candidate must be full of energy & able to provide the right support for him.

Clinical care would involve seizure and Gastrostomy management to name but a few and a key part of the role will involve ongoing liaison with the lead nurse to continually improve care. You will be working in someone's home and as such will be best placed to assist the wider MDT. However we are looking for someone who can mix reading books and watching television with the delivery of high quality clinical care; our clients have complex health needs but there is so much more to the care that Allied provide than just giving medication.

This role offers progression and the opportunity to develop a new skillset; you will receive ongoing training, mentoring and guidance from a Registered Nurse in addition to working alongside our experienced carers whilst you train. This will provide you with the tools to become a successful Clinical Support Worker here at Allied Healthcare which will be a massively rewarding role.
