An exciting opportunity has developed for a Care Quality Supervisor to join our branch in Somerset, working to our One Best Way model, you will be an Integral part of our team.
The Care Quality Supervisor is responsible for the assessment and review of our customers requirements, devising the correct care plans and risk assessments are in place for each individual customer and updated accordingly, conducting field supervisions and spot checks of the care team maintaining care worker compliance.
The Ideal Candidate will have or be working towards a minimum of an NVQ L2 (ideally L3) or equivalent experience at a senior level. Possess excellent understanding of the English language both written and spoken. Due to nature of this role a full driving licence and own vehicle is required.
