Cell Trak Analyst

Reporting to the Reablement Delivery Manager, the Cell Track Analyst is responsible for monitoring the Cell Track tool and ensuring that the SLA is met. Analyse the rotating data to identify ways to improve our service and work with the Reablement Delivery Manager to maximise capacity and make recommendations where appropriate.

Role & Responsibilities
•    Work in collaboration as part of the multi-disciplinary team to identify and share best practice.
•    Continually strive to improve efficiencies within the rota.
•    To draw down data and share findings to specifically improve work patterns for our staff and highlight capacity for future growth.
•    Have the ability to work confidently with word & Excel.
•    Strive for excellence and improved service.
•    To spot and create opportunities within the efficiencies of the Reablement service.
•    Be highly organised and have the ability to develop good communication with carer teams.
•    To cover the Cell Track coordination for the full Reablement Service during weekend cover.

Qualifications & Experience
•    Ability to be innovative and creative and promote an environment for change and continuous improvement.

•    Analytical and logical skills: ability to problem solve and make decisions whilst knowing when to escalate.
•    Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal, including telephone skills).
•    Understanding and experience of running an operational area whilst delivering against business targets and performance metrics.
•    Excellent organisational, planning and logistical skills.
•    Good Computer literacy skills, especially Word and Excel.

Desirable
•    Experience of working within a regulatory environment.
•    Experience of change management.
