Care Delivery Manager - Specialist Services

An exciting opportunity has developed for a Care Delivery Manager to join our branch in South Yorkshire covering the Sheffield area, working to our One Best Way model, you will be Integral part of our team.   
 
The Care Delivery Manager position is responsible for the operational management of the care team to ensure targets for Care Quality, Service Delivery and capacity maximisations are achieved. Responsible for managing care worker sickness, team meetings, care worker 6 monthly reviews, safeguarding issues, compliments and complaints. Direct Line manager for the Care Quality Supervisors and Care Schedulers.  
 
The Ideal Candidate will have experience of managing teams within a busy office environment, excellent IT skills, excellent understanding of the English language both written and verbal. Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will a full driving licence and own vehicle.
