As a Reablement Support Worker with Goldsborough you will be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people’s lives.
Our Specialist Services team will be working closely with Hertfordshire County Council and Hospital Discharge Teams, assisting clients with the aim of helping them to regain their confidence & independence in their own homes up to a four week period, after a hospital stay, short illness, fall or change in personal circumstance. We also support a rapid response service for prevention of admission to hospital.
You will be supporting customers who have learning and/or a physical disability with their day to day lives; enabling them to maintain their independence. Duties can include support at work, with projects and accompanying customers with general activities such as weekly shop and leisure activities including swimming / trips to the cinema etc. The role can include elements of personal care.

- We have a number of shifts available, Guaranteed Hours Contract or Flexible Hours, ranging from 16-40 hours per week.
