Property and facilities Administrator

The Property Administrator is responsible for the administration of all of the workload that the property team oversee. They will need to help the team to ensure that they are fully supported to provide an efficient and effective property management service to the business.

The role is on a permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week covering Monday to Friday 9-5 from our Head Office in Stafford

Role & Responsibilities
Assist the Property Co-ordinator with invoice processing all property related invoices ensuring correct payments are processed with the accounts payable team.
Dealing with payment and invoice queries both internally and externally. Updating suppliers regarding all property movement.
Setting up of new suppliers on the data and with accounts payable.
Processing all property related queries received via phone call, e-mail or post.
Update all property folders with relevant property related information.
Updating of the property database.
Capturing and recording of lease obligations onto the database and property folders.
Assist the Property Co-ordinator with property searches.
Minute Taking, Filing, both electronic and paper.
When required, assist with jobs received via the Facilities helpdesk when required.
Any Adhoc duties related to properties.

Qualifications & Experience
Must have property experience.
