Learning and Development Business Partner

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager the Learning and Development Business Partner is responsible for supporting the business in achieving its objectives through professional and expert partnership with their focus on the ownership of the learning and developments needs of Allied’s Head Office and Central Functions.

A candidate should have:
•    Proficiency in training, presenting and group activity facilitation
•    Proven track record of designing and delivering learning solutions to meet specific needs
•    The ability to lead, manage and produce reporting on projects running simultaneously
•    Strong IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
•    A full driving licence and willingness to travel to locations across a regional network

Education & Qualifications
•    Preferred: CIPD qualification in Learning and Development practice (or equivalent)
