You would be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people’s lives by delivering care to them in their own homes. We are actively looking for interested people who want to be a part of this and who want to make a difference to our customers’ lives.

You don’t need care experience to apply – you will receive our industry-leading training followed by full support as you continue your career with Allied. What you do need is a positive attitude towards care and helping others as well as the means to do a daily route covering the Ebbw Vale NP23, Blaina NP23, Chepstow NP16, Caldicot NP26, Merthyr Tydfil CF47/48, Abergavenny NP7, Caerphilly CF83, Tredegar NP22, Abertillery NP13.

We have a number of shifts available, with a pay rate of upto £7.60 per hour. We offer our carers guaranteed shifts or flexible shifts – it’s up to you!
