You would be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people’s lives by delivering care to them in their own homes.  We are actively looking for interested people who want to be a part of this and who want to make a difference to our customers’ lives.

You don’t need care experience to apply – you will receive our industry-leading training followed by full support as you continue your career with Goldsborough. What you do need is a positive attitude towards care and helping others as well as the means to do a daily route covering Borehamwood, Potters Bar, Bushey, Radlett, Abbots Langley, Rickmansworth, Maple Cross, Sarrett, Oxhey, Kings Langley,  St Albans,  London Colney, Welwyn Garden, Hatfield, Redbourne, Wheathamstead, Letchworth, Baldock, Hitchin and surrounding areas, by car.

We have full and part time hours available, ranging from 16-40 hours per week, with shifts starting from 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 10pm and alternate weekend working.  A maximum pay of £10.06 per hour* plus travel time and mileage in-between our clients homes and paid training.  We offer our carers guaranteed shifts or flexible shifts – it’s up to you!
