Field Care Manager

An exciting opportunity has developed for a Field Care Manager to join the team working on our Extra Care Schemes based in Somerset.
The Field Care Manager is responsible for the operational management of the Care team to ensure the performance targets for Care Quality, Service Delivery and Capacity Maximisation are met.
The Ideal Candidate will have or be working towards a minimum of an NVQ L4/RMA or equivalent experience at a line manager level and have a detailed knowledge of the care sector. They will also possess excellent understanding of the English language both written and spoken.
As we are supporting Clients across multiple locations in the region, a full driving licence and reliable vehicle are essential.
