Allied Health Care is one of the UK’s leading domiciliary care providers, with a branch network of over 110 branches nationwide delivery quality care to vulnerable people.
An exciting opportunity has developed for a Registered Branch Manager at our domiciliary care branch in Telford, working Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. You will have the overall responsibility and accountability for the success for the branch by managing your care team the cost and controls and ensuring a high standard of quality care is delivered to each of our customers. You will work for a recognised brand and have the full support of our operations structure and departments in our central functions to support you as a branch manager.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Registered Managers position ideally in a Domiciliary Care environment, a NVQ level 4/RMA or equivalent experience. A strong manager with experience of managing large teams, with excellent interpersonal communication skills and be a driver with their own vehicle.
