You would be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people’s lives by delivering care to them in their own homes. We are actively looking for interested people who want to be a part of this and who want to make a difference to our customers’ lives.

You don’t need care experience to apply – you will receive our industry-leading training followed by full support as you continue your career with Allied. What you do need is a positive attitude towards care and helping others as well as the means to do a daily route covering the Bourne End / Flackwell Heath / Wooburn Green areas, so access to a car is essential.

We have a number of shifts available, ranging from 16-40 hours per week throughout in the High Wycombe with pay up to £9.44. We offer our carers guaranteed shifts or flexible shifts – it’s up to you!

We have various shifts available, for full and part time across 7 days; with a requirement of weekend work.

Successful candidates would be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

* Guaranteed Hours will be subject to qualification criteria including successful completion of a three month training/probation period.

* Rates are inclusive of holiday pay and any mileage where applicable. The maximum hourly rate is the top rate a carer is paid in branch depending on the type of work and shift time.
