Job Title: Credit Controller Administrator
Location: Stafford ST18 0FX)
Hours: Permanent Contract working 37.5hrs Monday to Friday 9-5

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-paced Finance Team that has recently experienced a period of change and that is actively seeking to grow.

This is a key role within the team, as you will be responsible for the accuracy of rates that underpin the efficient processing of invoices to clients and payroll payments to workers.
The role also works alongside key internal and external stakeholders in order to reformat, rework and issue invoices to clients, with a considerable focus on internal controls and compliance.

Role & Responsibilities
•    Acting as the gatekeeper for new and amendments to rates for invoicing and payroll purposes
•    Liaising with the Contracts Department to set up new rates when new contracts have been awarded
•    Creating rates of pay and terms of business documents from a pre-agreed set of rates
•    Ensuring that there is an approved audit trail for any rate changes
•    Validating all rate changes prior to weekly invoicing & payroll being run
•    Raising and clearing down invoices accurately and within defined time scales
•    Dispatching invoices to Local Authorities in accordance with the contract
•    Reconciling data between our in-house systems and the LA/CCG systems to identify anomalies
•    Supporting/training stakeholders to ensure they have the knowledge to undertake key tasks
•    Maintain a procedure manual for all areas of responsibility

Qualifications & Experience
•    Experience of dealing with financial data in Excel
