Compliance and Training Facilitator – Clinical Team – UP TO £39,320 plus 25p per mile

As the educator for our nurses, you will undertake a community based role to implement and supporting the relevant education and development pathways.


You’ll ensure the acquisition of the necessary skills, knowledge and competency required staff and their mentors throughout Allied Healthcare, in line with client, service and company needs.


Through collaborative working with the senior nursing team and wider company network, you’ll develop and deliver practice development programmes, locally and nationally, a comprehensive induction process for nurses and promote and facilitate a high standard of holistic customer-centric care.


In conjunction with the Director of Nursing, you’ll work to ensure that appropriate policies, guidance, protocol and high standards of care and satisfaction are achieved and maintained.


What we need from you
•    Nursing degree and active NMC registration to practice
•    Trained to level 3 Safeguarding
•    Experience of train the trainer
•    Previous experience in Clinical Skills Facilitation and Skills Simulation training
•    A confident and persuasive communicator
•    The ability to managing competing priorities
•    To be an active member of the clinical team and attend and contribute to team meetings
•    Maintain clinical updates and evidence of PREP (Post Registration Educational Portfolio)
•    A flexible approach to working hours and practices
•    Driving licence and use of a vehicle for work
