At Allied we provide 1-2-1 care for elderly people in rest homes across County Durham. We pride ourselves knowing that we can enable vulnerable people to safely stay  in their familiar enviroments with the support of family and a nursing team. There are some aspects of challenging behaviour due to their medical conditions.

Responsibilities include providing a safe environment of 1-2-1 care, some aspects of personal care, social interaction, nutritional needs, some knowledge of dementia care needs.

Full training will be provided along with ongoing suppport from clinical lead nurse.

• We have a number of shifts available, Guaranteed Hours Contract or Flexible Hours, ranging from 16-40 hours per week.
