IT Procurement Co-Ordinator

An exciting opportunity has developed within Allied Health Care for a Procurement Coordinator to join our vibrant finance team based from our Head Office in Stafford.

Reporting to the Head of IT Service Delivery, the Procurement Co-ordinator is responsible for the management and responsibility of all Software (licences), hardware and IT related purchasing required within Allied Healthcare. This will include negotiation with suppliers and vendors to drive value and benefit for required system and service provision.

IT Procurement and Purchasing is required to join our brand new centralised IT function based at Stafford Technology Park. This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we embark on a brand new journey to modernise the current outdated IT Infrastructure.

Essential Skills:

•    Good telephone manner
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
•    Experience of working in Purchasing/Procurement

Desirable Skills:

•    Knowledge of IT would be advantageous

Salary: Up to £19,000 Depending on experience

The Role: Your day to day duties as IT Procurement and Purchasing will be varied and involve purchasing of equipment and supplies as well as general admin tasks.
