An exciting opportunity has developed for a Care Delivery Manager to join our branch in Leeds working to our One Best Way model, you will be Integral part of our team.  

The Care Delivery Manager position is responsible for the operational management of the care team to ensure targets for Care Quality, Service Delivery and capacity maximisations are achieved. Responsible for managing care worker sickness, team meetings, care worker 6 monthly reviews, safeguarding issues, compliments and complaints. Direct Line manager for the Care Quality Supervisors and Care Schedulers.

 Experience of managing teams.
 Proven people management skills and experience.
