You would be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people’s lives by delivering care to them in their own homes. We are actively looking for interested people who want to be a part of this and who want to make a difference to our customers’ lives.

You don’t need care experience to apply – you will receive our industry-leading training followed by full support as you continue your career with Allied. What you do need is a positive attitude towards care and helping others whether by bike, scooter or car.

We have a number of shifts available, ranging from 16-40 hours per week throughout the Lichfield area with pay from £7.50 per hour. Also 15p a mile mileage allowance and £7.50 travel time allowance. We offer our carers guaranteed contracts from 4 to 40 hours  – it’s up to you!

Hours available - 6.30am-3pm / 3pm-10pm including every other weekend.

Rates are inclusive of holiday pay and any mileage where applicable. The maximum hourly rate is the top rate a carer is paid in branch depending on the type of work and shift time.
