Care Delivery Manager

An exciting opportunity has developed for a Care Delivery Manager to join our branch in Hadleigh.

The Care Delivery Manager position is responsible for the operational management of the care team to ensure targets for Care Quality, Service Delivery and capacity maximisations are achieved. Responsible for managing care worker sickness, team meetings, care worker 6 monthly reviews, safeguarding issues, compliments and complaints. Direct Line manager for the Care Quality Supervisors and Care Schedulers.  
 
The Ideal Candidate will have a background in Care and will be experienced in coordinating.  Experience in managing teams within a busy office environment, excellent IT skills, excellent understanding of the English language both written and verbal as this role will include report writing and complaint handling.
