Administrator

Primecare health care services are a leading provider of healthcare services across the UK, working closely with NHS Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups and other Public and private sector organisations to provide people with access to scheduled and unscheduled healthcare services they need, when they need them.
 
A position has arisen in Primecare for an Administrator to cover the Hereford area.  The position will be 37.5 hours per week covering between 8.30am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday on a 9 month Temporary contract.  We are looking for an immediate start. 
 
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support and services within the Rotherwas offices. Assisting senior team members with the collection, processing and presentation of information for reports and audit purposes. Investigating and reporting all breaches identified from the ADASTRA system, in accordance with Primecare policies and procedures.

The job holder will be required to support the General Manager and Clinical Services Manager in managing any complaints and adverse clinical incident reports received by the branch. Support is also required by the Office Manager, assisting with the financial and HR functions associated with the Branch. Additionally the Administrator will be required to deputise for the Office Manager.

Essential Experience:
•    At least 2 years office-based experience, ideally in a primary healthcare environment or other NHS site
•    Working in a large multi-disciplinary team
•    Experience of record and data management and efficient office management procedures
