Job Title: Adult or Paediatric Lead Nurse
Location: Covering the Oxford locations
Hours: Permanent Contract working 37.5hrs
Car Allowance: £4,320.00 and mileage paid from home
Salary: Upto £39,320 (DOE) inclusive of car allowance

Our Lead Nurses play an important role within the business and have responsibility for our complex care patients living in their own homes within the community.   You would be part of a wider team overseeing placements of suitable staff to the right complex care patients in order to deliver a professional and safe service.  The role involves assessing customers and devising detailed care plans and risk assessments. You would develop and train carers to undertake delegated health tasks.

What we need from you:
•    Current registration to practice
•    A minimum of 2 years’ experience at Band 5
•    Ideally, previous Knowledge and/or experience in working with children and adults in a complex care setting or community setting
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to be able to train clinical and non-clinical staff
•    Be visible and know the patients in caseload by regular care rounds and proactive home visits
•    Respond to and investigate clinical complaints, in line with policy and risk management
•    Submit clinical reports and updates to CCGs regarding their packages as per contractual agreements and support to grow the complex care caseloads
•    Maintain clinical updates and evidence of PREP (Post Registration Educational Portfolio)
•    Driving licence and use of a vehicle for work
