As a Senior Support Worker with Allied you will be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people’s lives. The role is to support adults with learning disabilities and to oversee the project to ensure an outcome focused approach is used.

Responsibilities of a Senior Support Worker include leadership, training, developing and supporting all care & support staff working within the projects and assisting management with day to day operations.

Due to the nature of the role suitable candidates will be experienced Support Workers with QCF level 3 or above or working towards.

• We have a number of shifts available, Guaranteed Hours Contract or Flexible Hours, ranging from 16-40 hours per week.
